The service
Calisthenics Coach provides online coaching: personal programming, workout tracking and progress views. You need an account, and you are responsible for keeping your password private.
Not medical advice
Training carries a risk of injury. Guidance in the app, from your coach, or from ChatGPT is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting, stop if something hurts, and train within your own limits. You use the service at your own risk.
ChatGPT connection
You may connect your account to ChatGPT. The connection is read-only and you can remove it at any time under Profile, Connected apps. ChatGPT may misread or misstate your data, so check anything important in the app.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, overload the service, or bypass limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
The information you enter stays yours. You allow us and your coach to use it to provide the service. See the privacy policy for details.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and the service. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. The service is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.
